COMMUNITY MANAGER
The jobs involve date entry to build the website database, Business member and business listing verifications, Grubhogs marketing, representing Grubhogs and other duties to further the success of the website. Minimal or no travel is required. The work is done from home and the employee is required to own a cell phone, computer and have a high speed internet connection.
Requirements:
20-35 yrs of age
Fluent in English
Good typing speed and accuracy
College Graduate (Related experience is a plus)
Hardworking, fun loving and Enterprising
Managers and Officers will be involved in the following duties:
Administration:Drive continual refinement of procedures and documentation, participate in hiring, training and assessing of new staffRepresentation of the Grubhogs company
Grubhogs Website Functioning and enhancements: Report site availability and performance in the face and recommending usability enhancements for new and existing products, and making recommendations for change.
Business Listing Adding, Editing and Reviewing: Editing and adding local business listings to ensure they have the right categories and address information, Writing witty and insightful reviews of all the places you frequent and visit weekly, Photographing local (or other Grubhog related city's) businesses and uploading these images on Grubhogs.Advertising and Marketing
Search and determine favorable advertising and marketing opportunities for the promotion of Grubhogs in all related cities,Connect with the right local organizations for promotion of Grubhogs COMMUNITY OFFICER

FRONT-END WEBSITE DEVELOPER
Grubhogs is looking for an experienced Front-end Developer to play an important role on the Grubhogs development team. This is a part-time job, employee will be paid a monthly retainer and given "Projects" on a frequent basis.
Requirements:
- Mastery of cross browser markup HTML and CSS
- Serious knowledge and understanding of Javascript/AJAX
- Solid understanding of modern web standards (Apache, HTTP)
- Able to create clean and maintable code from mock ups
- Comfortable with working in a Linux development environment
- Able to work closely and incorporate feedback from product management and engineering team
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Pluses:
- Experience with Python, SQL
- Experience on major large scale web sites
- Flash experience - AS2/AS3
