"The Best of Both Worlds!" 13 Oct 2009
The approach to the restaurant dresses you up for a laid back, relaxed meal. There are many options to create the kind of ambiance to enjoy your meal, be it the rustic outdoors under the coconut tree, with a very modern tensile roofing overhead - for the chic experience. The 'pit' which is a sunken area which has some quirky seating options like a boat / catamaran against the backdrop of a kitschy mural wall with hand painted pictures of actors and actresses of Tamil film-dom. Talk of dining with the stars. You could also opt for the seating on the roof top where a large swing provides entertainment for children. You could dine next to the kitchen counter. There are rustic wooden log stools surrounded by gorgeous Chettinad style pillars. Coming to the food - You can choose between Continental food and South Indian or go with a bit of both with quirky twists. Dishing out both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and the meat is Halal. Sinfully tasty gains a different meaning with the range of desserts - most of which u get only if they are pre-ordered. Some of them are Belgian Chocolate Velvet Pot, Baked Chocolate Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Blueberry cheese cake, Banana fritters with ice cream...Need i add more...
