| Unfortunately the place is quite a let down. Small, dark and unimpressive. Little or no attention to ambiance or service. This no frills no fuss place is no place to be if you are looking for a comfortable, fine dining experience. Definitely passable.. |

| "Recipe for a great night" |

| You might have to dig deep into your pockets here, but you will not come out feeling robbed. Great cocktails and tapas. Love the concept of tapas, nothing like appetizers for dinner, so this place really suits my idea of a great dinner. Of course the great mixed drinks don't hurt either. |

| With food on conveyor belts, wacky interiors, tuna rolls, dumplings dim-sum, great wine pairings and cool people all around, this is a definite must try. |

| "After Seven Alfresco" |

| Housed on the lawns of the owner Leo D'Souza's bungalow, the restaurant might be a bit hard to find. It is located located between Calangute and Candolim and the nearest landmark is the Sarkar ice factory. Apart from being able to eat outdoors in the warmth of the Goa sun you can also watch the chefs at work through the large glass windowed kitchen. I would recommend the char-grilled fillet steak with blue cheese sauce and the "Ocean's Fantasy" seafood platter, or , both marvelous. There are some great desserts on the menu too, so save some space.
The restaurant is open daily from 7pm until midnight. |

| "Heavy on masala and taste!" |
25 Apr 2010 |
| Its hard not to be tempted by the kababs hanging on their skewers, the hot rotis fresh out of the tandoor and spiced chicken being cooked on the open air giant tavas. The restaurant operations take up the entire side of the building and there is always a frenzy of activity in the kitchens.
Seating is outdoor and the tables remain full. But service and turn over is quick so you usually do not need to wait too long.
The food is tasty but beware if you have a weak stomach. The food is heavily spiced and drowned in masala, which only seems to accentuate the taste.
Their butter chicken, Mutton masala and most kababs are great.
The delivery service is a bit spotty, sometimes quick, sometimes very late and often arrives at the wrong address.
Yet, this is a no frills joint but the food makes up for it. |
