| ""Authenticity Lost"" |
16 Aug 2008 |
| I ordered for Hummus and Pita Bread. Firstly the Hummus is supposed to contain a hint of garlic internationally and nationally, it had no garlic whatsoever. This shows overpricing without serving authentic food.
ALSO IT IS AS EXPENSIVE AS LEELA PALACE, Bangalore. Truely DISSAPOINTING. |

| "COLD SERVICE" |
16 Aug 2008 |
| We are a regular customer of this restaurant, but this time was our worst experience. The Kababs served to us were BLOODY COLD. One of the chicken items served on the table was raw. Common that could cause serious food indigestion.
Apart from this the food on the Buffet was also not hot-it was luke warm. The desserts apart from Gulab Jamun and Vanilla Ice Cream were dissapointing with phirni tasting like mashed Banana with rice.
Barbeque nation has extinguished its fiery service. |

| "Misbehaving MANAGER." |
16 Aug 2008 |
| We decided to get some chinese food home. So we chose their Home Delivery Service. When my sister rang them the person who spoke to her misbehaved in a disgusting manner. She got irritated and told my mother to speak to the order taker. He misbehaved with my mother also. When my mother asked him of who he actually was he claimed to be the restaurant manager .
Apart from this my house is in Indiranagar and it takes no time to deliver food. According to them the food will take 45 minutes to be delivered. But they are people who just cant keep their word, they took a full one-and-half Hours to Deliver.
Come on now these people misbehave with Female customers. Tommorow they could do the same with your Wife, Daughter or Sister. Also they dont live up to their word. |

| "No Quantity and Bloody expensive." |
16 Aug 2008 |
| yea I know their secret it is "ittarr", "rose water" and "saffron" all these ingredients are expensive, but not soooooooooo expensive that we get charged a Bloody 750 to 800 bucks for a small bowl of Biryani.
Apart from this attention is payed to customers who dont share food. Ohhh...so we have to have a whole dish by ourselves. This shows discremination and truely makes the customer who "SHARES" feel out of place. |
