Located at Samrat Hotel, the restaurant is spread across 6,500 square feet with a capacity to accommodate 150 guests. This is the third Shiro restaurant after Mumbai and Bengaluru. It is broken up into three distinct areas--the main bar, the private dining rooms and the Teppanyaki area with its three live cooking stations.
According to the company release, the menu includes sushi, sashimi, Cantonese dim sum, Teppanyaki, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai cuisines. Dishes like the crispy spicy avocado roll, the Mahtani chicken, sesame crusted tuna with spicy mayonnaise and the spicy glass noodle salad are also served.
Sanjay Mahtani and Jay Singh, Co-Founders and Joint Managing Directors, JSM Corporation said, “Unlike Hard Rock Cafe and California Pizza Kitchen, Shiro is a brand created by us and has received tremendous acceptance in Mumbai and Bengaluru. We are thrilled to bring it to New Delhi.”
