Waves USP is its cuisine. The cuisine is Fusion Goan and International, with a focus on Goan Saraswat cuisine. Their famous items include but limited to Fish Curry Rice and the Udhameti Fish Curry with Mackerel done with unique Goan spices.
They also have a really nice European section in the menu and do serve really good steaks including the Paneer steaks, which for many is a novelty!
Their French-style Chicken in creamy wine sauce, mussels, the ubiquitous Goan Shellfish, cooked in white wine and also a mean, Saraswat-style Bhindi Fry are some of the popular dishes. In fact the waiters there actually try to pursuade the patrons to try out other things on the menu then these tried & 'tasted' delicacies. The ambience has been kept artistic, with paintings and sculptures all around you.
The place is great and even more so if you want to go out on a date!
