Varca Beach Resort has 4 restaurants and none better than Du Jardin. Well, I do love the Gazebo for the ambiance and the romantic candlelit dinner I have so thoroughly enjoyed here.
Du Jardin is fine dining restaurant. Unfortunately being open air, it doesn't exactly give a feel of a fine dining place. The tables, chairs and upholstery don't help either as they look cheap. The food is good though. Again, depending on the season one can eat Indian or Goan food along with European Cuisine. The restaurant serves buffet and snacks daily. It specializes in Goan and seafood grill and also serves
Gujarati Maharaja cuisine. Have loved the goan food here which is simple and delicious especially the prawns curry, jhinga fry, calamari and even sea water fish!
The restaurant is only available to people staying in the resort and many prefer the gazebo unless visiting as family. The restaurant is closed during the rains as seafood isn't easily available.
