So while I stayed at the Leela Palace I just had to try out their Spa. The obvious choice was the heavily plugged Shirodhara treatment. It looked pretty good too.
The place is very nice, quiet and clean. It has a small gym attached too. They were booked solid most of the day and we had to find some odd appointment time to fit into their schedule. A good sign I hoped.
The Ayurvedic massage and Shirodhara treatment were really good and very relaxing. Apart from the awkwardness of wearing a thin white g string the experience was really good.
I did not try any of their other treatments but if I was to stay at the Leela again I would try something else, although if you are willing to spend the money I hear there are some nicer places outside of the Leela.
