This one Cookie man is not an ultimate spot to acquire cookies from. Most of the cookies they serve are not fresh. One can easily find them smelling bad; the summit of their quality from their product is also not good.
The cookies are neither under baked nor over baked. They are completely unsatisfied. One good feature about them is their creativeness which is visible through the innovative shapes of their cookies.
Another thing which I found bad about them is their unsupportive staff. The staff hired by them look like they are unable to understand the costumer’s requirement. I was pretty confused about certain flavors and the guy serving out there didn’t helped me out and was unable to explain that which cookie contains what flavor. The staff was completely unexpected and didn’t turned-out as well.
The chocolate flavored cookies are just too hard to eat. Only the Exotic flavors of chocolates are up to the mark.
What I feel is that a little addition to their menu is severely required. A bit of pay raise in variety can make them a champ.
And overall they have to improve on their loopholes as soon as possible because people expect a lot from the cookie man.
