This is Taj West End's feather in its cap. The greenery, contemporary decor, the ambient lighting all make a very attractive restaurant. Of course like most new restaurant they too have the "must-have" see through/open kitchen.

The Taj West end bring Blue Ginger to India. It’s owners, the Tans have nine Vietnamese restaurants around the world. The first Vietnamese restaurant in India, Blue Ginger is the perfect place to enjoy the ultra-fresh flavours of Vietnamese cooking from Chef Loan (Central Vietnam) and Chef Tu (Northern Vietnam). Set in the familiar oriental, tiled pavilion of the former Paradise Island, it offers exotic design cues like teak flooring, fire torches, mood lighting, soothing waterfalls, and more. Vietnamese entertainers, a show kitchen, and artfully-designed lighting further add to the authentic ambience for an unforgettable dining experience.
