With a warm and romantic setting the great service and presentation of food helps to complement the very good food. The food is served in copper pots, possibly why its called "Copper Bowl" .
The food is typical Goan cooked to your desire of level of spice. The restaurant block is an open pavilion with an intricate stone colonnade and broad benches. The copper theme is reflected in the furniture, lamps, bar details and even the crockery. The floor is of Baroda green marble that complements the laterite stone and copper theme. Guests at the Pousada are even allowed to take over the kitchen and prepare their own specialties, but nothing will be served unless it's fresh.
