Sur La Mer is an Italian style villa which also has a heavy Spanish influence on the styling and the rooms. The rooms open up to the swimming pool and the courtyard and is a perfect hotel to rest for those looking to get off the beaten track. Owned by food aficionado owner Aneel Verma, the restaurant is charming and boasts of some delectable food!
The military like attention to detail of the food is worthy of praise. They don't mind experimenting if you don't mind experiment. Sur La Mer serves what could be called a rich, brilliantly textured chocolate fondant and filo pastry. Its so good that all day you will order the fondant and they know that and make a lot more than other restaurants!
