Britto's is a Goan landmark and institution, popular with locals and tourists alike for years and years. Owner and Chef Cajie Britto is a bit of a local celebrity and is also know for his pork vindaloo and prawn curry. He tries to mix it up with different offerings each day, so on Monday listen to a crooner, and do Karaoke on Thursday and Saturday. Enjoyable as a reasonably cheap place to get OK food, better than the regular shacks but a shack all the same. Commercialized well over time now into being the place for most first-timer tourists. While the food is better here at Britto's the ambiance at neighboring Anthony's is warmer, with a live band once a week. Read Less

Located towards the end of Baga Beach, diners have the option of sitting in the beach shack or in the restaurant section while Chef Cajie Britto churns out some of his famous food. This is a seasonal restaurant and is closed from June to early August.
