Just off Baga bridge, with a nice little developing garden, is 'The Red Fish', where, chef Gregory serves up some of the tastiest and well presented food in Goa. Being creative with local ingredients, while providing the usual suspects to make you feel comfy in his otherwise very gourmet menu.
Open Nov to Apr the kitchen serves French creative cuisine in a alfresco settin. Head Chef Gregory Bazire says about the restaurant: "All produce is sourced on the spot; the secret is based on the use of only fresh vegetables with a combination of Indian or Goan flavour with a French accent."
