The restaurant is a labor of love for owner Rajneet Singh (Chef Raji) who has a pure passion for food, a relaxed embracing hospitality and an eye for detail. Chef Raji, a gold medalist chef from New Zealand, has worked under some of the finest chefs in the world. Before starting Cafe Appetite, Chef Raji worked at some of the best restaurants in New Zealand and Mumbai including the Oberoi and the Leela. His extensive culinary experience included working as a sous-chef at the only fine-dining Italian restaurant in Mumbai under world renowned celebrity chef - Maxi Milliano.
Chef Raji's team are master's of controlling the blend of spices to prepare for you a one of its kind Tandoori, Indo-Chinese and Indo-Italian cuisine.
