Owner and Chef Bomra's Burmese restaurant is located on the busy Calangute strech where foot traffic is high keeping the restaurant busy. But its not just its location that has it hopping, the food is something to write home about too. This no frills restaurant is open only for dinner and with little attention to decor, its all about the food. This is definitely the place for authentic and hard to find Burmese food, so try their homemade fried Shan tofu, beef salad with basil, mint, coriander, and sprouts, mussel curry with coconut milk and lemon grass and of course the Khow suay. Although something you would find flowing in most Burmese restaurants elsewhere, Burmas only serves the Khow suay on Wednesdays. I would recommend reservations during the peak season. Read Less
