Kebabs and Kurries are unlike any of the ITC restaurants around the country - it doesn't stand out. Maybe that is a good thing but not in my book it's not!
The ambiance is a bit rusty and probably they like to play it down a notch which is not such a bad thing. But given the way its marketed by the ITC staff, one would feel it to be a grand spectacle. Nonetheless, the ambiance is of no importance if the food is really good but sadly it disappointed there as well.
The food is not bad but for the price paid, it better be something extra ordinary! I could get the same fare at a good standalone restaurant like Samarkhand or Umerkot at half the price.
The service is lax and not laid back as some would say which is a total disappointment especially if I am going to pay a bomb for mediocrity!
