Do not let your eyes wander, stare at your food and you will fine. The early morning pulao is so good that its easy not be distracted by what may look like questionable hygiene. I absolutely love this place, and although the pulao might seem like a lunch or dinner food, I start my early mornings with their sizable portion of hot and fresh pulao. These guys make the pulao by the truckloads and yet may sell out my mid morning. With brothers and uncles running various other locations, each one attempts to be better than the other. But each has its own loyal following that keeps them pretty busy.
