Bliss had a nice atmosphere, the decor was lovely and the service from staff was amazing. I tried several chocolates but my favourites were the Masala Chai, Hazelnut Crunch and the Blood Orange. Not because they taste awesome but rather because they are innovative. The chocolates on display are innovative but I was disappointed with their taste. I ordered a steeply priced (Rs 40 each) Banana truffle and a Masala Chai (tea) chocolate which I didn't really enjoy. Possibly because the cocoa powder they used might have gone stale.
Besides cakes the coffee here is excellent. The best caffe latté we have found in Bangalore. The espresso I had was a too watery and had no creme.
Have also tried the gold chocolate and their mint flavoured chocolate. Both were a complete disappointment and didn't really taste like chocolate in the first place. It seems this place is having a hard time with teething problems and honestly the place does not yet serve chocolate cakes they way they are supposed to!
