"Portuguese all the way"

Chef Fernando's restaurant serves Goan-Portuguese cuisine and there is no attempt to cloak the menu in wordy English descriptions. The specials are listed in its original Portuguese titles and you might need a translator or some help from the staff.
This is not just a tourist hot spot but also a local favorite. And when the locals go there, it must mean something. A quick scan of the tables and you will notice the most popular items are the ox tongue, sopa de bretalha and prawn almondegas.

There is live music in the evenings, a great fun accompaniment to the fantastic food..
